ABOUT IRMA

Experienced Excellence

Irma is a Los Angeles native with a wide range of professional experience, including over 12 years as a member of the California Bar.  She brings her compassion, keen sense of justice, and professional experience when taking on your legal matter.  Irma is a bilingual, bicultural attorney who is as comfortable representing immigrant Spanish speaking minimum wage workers as she is professionals working for Fortune 500 companies.

 

Before founding her law-practice and going to law school, Irma worked for a multinational oil and gas company, was a principal of a start-up company, and worked for the Clinton Administration in Washington, DC where she made lifelong friends from across the country. 

 

She is proud to represent workers seeking to vindicate their rights in California.  

 

Employment Law

 

Irma is a member of the California Employment Lawyers Association (CELA), which is the leading attorney organization advocate for employee and worker justice in California. 

 

Irma represents employees in prosecuting wrongful conduct by companies in the areas of wage theft (including failure to provide lunch breaks or failure to pay overtime), Wrongful Termination, Sexual Harassment, Pregnancy, Age and Disability Discrimination, Retaliation, and Family Leave violations.
